'AFIT' Accelerated Flight & Instrument Training Announces the Hiring of Mr. Hal LaCoste as Senior Flight Instructor

The company also announced plans to hire approximately 2 additional Senior Flight Instructors and is focusing its recruitment efforts on identifying Senior Flight Instructor Candidates for High Performance and Cabin Class aircraft and who possess certain critical classroom training skills which are deemed essential to address our increasingly complex aircraft and training responsibilities across the country.

Mr. LaCoste has been an aviation professional for over 30 years. An ATP with CFI/ MEL/Comm/ LR-Jet/ CE-500/ B-727 and FE-Turbojet ratings. A seasoned (MBA) professional with over 8900 Total Logged hours. Thousands of hours of dual given in Accelerated Flight Training programs in high performance single and multi-engine aircraft including expertise in the Pilatus PC-12 and specializing in Glass Cockpits especially the G1000.

Mr. LaCoste has spent the last 9 years teaching 10 day Accelerated IFR training programs throughout the country.

Montalte states the decision to add additional Instructors was reached in view of the fact that the Company has far exceeded its corporate and financial goals. The introduction to Guarantee AFIT's 10 day IFR Training program came 4 years ago when the company realized huge potential for gaining market share in the Accelerated Flight Training industry by guaranteeing it's Accelerated Flight & Instrument Training services and continuing their complete and innovative "Turn Key Training Courses."

We're seeing a number of positive indications that our clients are turning more to the latest Avionics and increasingly insist upon actual training without the use of simulators, says Montalte. More than 94 percent of our clients in 2007 rated their training experience with AFIT very good, or excellent. In comparison to any previous training they have had. In 2007 over 55 percent of our overall business came from repeat or referral business. We continue to make headway by taking the positive and steady route, taking advantage of the fact we offer a variety of Accelerated Flight Training solutions which are particularly reassuring to our clients. He continued, Our success is largely due to the quality of our Instrument Flight Instructors, says Montalte. The average age of an Instructor varies from 55 to 58 years young, and averaging 8,000 to 20,000 hours logged flight time and 2,000 to 8,000 hours of logged instrument time.

With the addition of Mr. LaCoste, AFIT now has 46 trained and licensed Senior Instructors located across the United States with heavy concentrations in California, Denver, Texas, Arkansas, Florida, with lots of activity on the East Coast and throughout the Midwest specializing in High Performance aircraft. All are full time instructors dedicated to AFIT and its core focus of training pilots to certification in 10 days with no prior training. In less time if some prior training has been achieved. If a client completes his or her course earlier than what was quoted, they are not charged for days not utilized.

Montalte states, All our training is important to the client and all clients receive undivided attention. Each client has individual needs, thus, different number of days required to complete their training depending upon previous experience, training and avionics on board.
