The master plan includes real estate development, Green, Environmental protecting the existing waterfront and adding a Lodge/Hotel, executive conference training center, restaurant, grass private runway, hanger space condo, private marina (wet/dry storage condo). The site will also be evaluated for housing sportsman's homesteads and corporate villas with a commercial section that will provide recreational goods, shops for hunting, fishing and boating (blue water/freshwater coastal).

The proposed waterfront recreational 4 Season Retreat & education center will provide quality recreational water and sports activity. Fishing (Salt/Fresh) with guides, Hunting (Bird/Deer), all types of boating, nature & health, hiking, horse riding will be available. Combined with environmental Global Green Education and Carbon credits for water & air combined with forestry stewardship.

Mr. Norton stated that this project combined with other waterfront & mountain potential resort listings in NC, SC, GA, TN and VA provide Global Investment Groups with equity potential combined with environmental values.
